All poster award competition participants will be required to upload a poster prior to the conference. All accepted posters have the option to upload a poster. Although optional, it is highly encouraged that all poster presenters upload a poster which will be available to registered attendees via the mobile app and online platform. Electronic Poster Guidelines The deadline to upload posters is March 3. This is required for Poster Award participants and highly encouraged for all other poster presenters. Posters will be uploaded to the abstract management system with the same account you used to submit your abstract. Additional details to include the abstract number will be sent in late January.
*For Onsite Poster Presenters: Please ensure when you print your onsite poster it meets the poster board dimensions as noted above. When creating your poster, keep in mind that poster files displayed digitally will be smaller than a regular printed poster. Please be mindful of the text size, font, images and layout when creating your poster. Click here to view an example of a poster with excellent use of graphics, color and general layout.
